Staffordville Duckling

January 25, 2019

Dear Staffordville Families,

It’s hard to believe, but we have just begun the second half of the school year!  The teachers are completing mid-year benchmark assessments, and students are working hard and have demonstrated growth.  We are excited to participate with many schools around the world in the Great Kindness Challenge January 28th through February 1st.  Each class will work toward completing their Kindness Checklist.  Please ask your child how they demonstrate kindness at school.

Our next Village Meeting will be held on Friday, February 8th at 1:45 P.M.  You have received a notice if your child’s class is sharing or if your child is receiving an award during this assembly.  Please carpool if possible; parking may be limited if we are not able to use the field.  Classes participating in this assembly:  Ms. Jones, Mrs. Harrison, Mrs. Kozikowski, and both PM PreK classes – Mrs. Forziati and Mrs. Neves.

Just a reminder with Valentine’s Day coming up – if your child would like to share valentines with classmates, please be sure to send in one for each child in the class.  The teachers will share student names with you.  Also, please do not send in food/candy with the valentine messages.  Thank you!
